For over a decade, Larkin Restaurant has stood as a proud cornerstone of San Francisco's Tenderloin — a neighborhood that beats with the heart of Little Saigon. Born from a family's love of Vietnamese heritage cooking, every dish we serve carries the honest flavors of Hồ Chí Minh City: rich bone broths, fresh herbs, and time-honored techniques passed down through generations.

This is going to be my new go-to for pho. The broth is deep and remarkably flavorful — I'm pretty sure this was the best pho I've ever had.
Very large portions, delicious food, and a calm and quiet atmosphere with a very pleasant waiter. If you value value for money and a cozy vibe, this is your place.

Try the Hu Tieu Nam Vang if you want something different from regular pho. Blown away by the quality of ingredients. A really nice, small, authentic Vietnamese spot.
